b) will be
Nesse caso, até poderíamos usar “going to”, mas não da maneira que foi colocado no exercício. Para a estrutura ficar certa, deveria ser “is going to be”.
c) am going to
d) is going to
Nas letras c e d, como não há dúvidas nem incertezas, usa-se “going to”.
e) will
Como na letra b, nesse caso, deveria ser “are going to”; assim, a forma correta é “will”.

a) I travel to Los Angeles.
b) I do my homework.

d) We're going not to do that.
e) We'll think about it last week.
A pergunta fala de algo que você tem planejado para fazer, isto é, “What are you going to do?” (O que você vai fazer?). Logo, a resposta precisa seguir o mesmo raciocínio.
Nas letras a) I travel to Los Angeles e b) I do my homework, não há respostas, mas apenas uma informação no presente.
Na letra c) We're going not to do that, a resposta refere-se a algo que eles não irão fazer.
Na letra e) We'll think about it last week, a estrutura está completamente errada e, portanto, deveria ser a primeira a ser eliminada, pois, “we’ll” (nós iremos) está no futuro, mas “last week” (semana passada) refere-se ao passado. Além disso, não responde à questão.
